JOB SUMMARY

A full-service commercial print company is looking to add an experienced Printing Customer Service Rep to its team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will need to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Duties include:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Acknowledging and resolving as well as keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Must Have:

Printing Customer Service experience!
